Processing Time​

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may take longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or book launch events.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us at vanessaepps.author@gmail.com for special order arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

​

Koko & Kiyah is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or email us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim.

Returns or Exchanges

​

We take pride in the quality of our books and products. Unfortunately, due to the nature of book sales, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please email vanessaepps.author@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage for review.
